Professional Bio:
I started learning SEO and PPC in 2017 and worked as a freelancer for more than a year. Then, after working with some USA-UK-based companies, later in 2018, I joined Web 20 Ranker, and here I am..keep learning.

How long have you worked with Web 20?
It’s been almost 5 years.

What does your job entail?
In my most recent position, I manage the account building team. I manage a large team of link builders and account builders. I supervise the team leaders, finding great talent to provide the best quality work to the clients.

What do you like most about your job?
I like everything about my job, but the best part about Web 20 is that you can learn daily as you have so many SEO minds around you.

What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
Well, the answer should be Family, but at the same time, I will say my team is waiting for me to Kick start their work with my daily motivations.

How has Web 20 helped you in your career development?
A LOT! I have learned so much in these 5 years about SEO, and at the same, I got into management, where I learned how to lead a team and manage so many team members at a time. I am very thankful to Web 20 for giving me such a great opportunity.

If you could switch your job with anyone else within Web 20, whose job would you want?
No, I dont want to switch my position; I love my work and position.

What advice do you have for prospective Web 20 candidates?
Web 20 provides a great opportunity to learn and earn simultaneously, so I suggest that people looking for a great environment around them should join.

What drew you to Web 20 originally? And how has Web 20 changed since?
I was originally hired as a virtual assistant to do miscellaneous SEO tasks, but later on, I got into a Manager position to manage the growing link-building team. There were fewer team members when I joined, but now it has grown into a big team.

What have you gained from working at Web 20?
Lots of Knowledge and Management skills

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
Spend time with my Family and Max (My Dogoo)
Go on my favorite Beach Vacation

What has been your favorite project at Web 20?
I enjoyed building the link builders team, which is now here to make the company grow to the next level.
But I am still waiting for the most favorite one to come…..

What is your greatest fear?
I am scared to be losing a goal/motivation in life.

Where is your favorite place to be?
Goa, India
But would love to travel more to explore new places.

What’s the weirdest job you’ve ever had?
I dont think I have ever done any weirdest job, lol.

What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
I dont know what I say I happily choose this field, so if I am not here, then I would love to be a Singer or Interior Designer 🙂

Steve Jobs, Nelson Mandela, and Bhagat Singh.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I would love to learn about business management.
